I contacted Tandette when Google suspended my business page after I changed my address due to a move. One service they offer is reinstatement of Google Business pages where they communicate directly with Google on your behalf. I had heard that Google is notorious for doing this, but also that it could be tough to get pages reinstated, so I decided to hire someone who specializes in this because my years of 5-star reviews are my business's capital when it comes to my business's reputation. Before choosing to work with Tandette, I thoroughly researched them online. They have a professional presence on LinkedIn, Google, Yelp and Facebook, as well as a thoughtfully designed website. That said, after the initial email contact, I did request a callback because I wanted to talk to an actual person to make sure they were legit, and Ben called me back promptly. He is friendly and professional and took my concerns seriously while answering all my questions. I later realized that both Ben and Penni were on vacation, so were calling me from there, which I really appreciated and certainly wouldn't have expected, had I known they were taking some time away from the office. In my opinion, this really shows how dedicated they are to their business and helping their clients. A few days later, I had a very helpful phone call with Penni to discuss my particular case. I'm delighted to say she is also very friendly and an excellent communicator. Ultimately, to my surprise, Google reinstated my profile thanks to a slight modification I had made that apparently satisfied their guidelines. This meant that I did not need to avail myself of Tandette's services after all. Penni didn't hesitate to offer me a refund in this case. However, I would not hesitate to work with them should the need arise in the future because Tandette gives the impression of a very knowledgeable and caring company with a great deal of integrity.

Highly recommended!!! Contacted Tandette when Google was being a pain verifying my business page. Penni worked her magic and had it resolved within the day. Decided to have them build a website for my nuisance wildlife removal business and I am so glad I did. I saw some examples of their work before they started so I had high expectations but I never could have imagined how far above and beyond they went in building my web page. Awesome layout, easy to navigate, informative, and looks great!! Do yourself a favor and give them a call if you want quality results!!

Penni and Benjamin are wonderful to work with! I highly recommend their services. Benjamin stayed in contact for 3 years before I finally pulled the trigger and I could not be any happier. Website looks amazing and ads are bringing in tons of revenue! I really look forward to adding every possible service I can with this company. My only regret is that I didn’t partner with them sooner!!
