AI PR Toolkit brings together everything you need to manage your PR activities in one streamlined workspace. This guide shows you how to navigate the interface and what each section helps you do.
PR Dashboard
This is your starting point in the AI PR Toolkit, where you’ll get quick access to:
- Finding LLM-cited media outlets
- Discovering relevant journalists using AI
- Creating and organizing media lists
- Writing and personalizing pitches
- Generating a press release within a pitch
- Tracking keywords to monitor media coverage
Each tool supports a different part of your PR workflow, from outreach to analysis.
AI-Cited Media
AI-Cited Media Finder is a smart tool helping you discover media outlets that are trusted and often cited by LLMs in your industry or niche. Being covered by them gives your brand the highest chance of gaining visibility in AI answers.
Just enter your topic of interest, language, and country, and view a list of outlets with a high AI Trust score.
What do AI-Cited Media metrics mean?
- AI Trust – measures (1-100) the likelihood of a given media outlet appearing in LLM-generated answers for a specific topic, language, and location.
- Collective AI Media Impact – measures the overall impact all the media outlets you’ve picked have on LLM answers for a specific topic, language, and location.

Media Database
Contact Search
You can find relevant journalists in the AI PR Toolkit using one of three search modes:
- Search with AI (Beta)
Describe what your story and industry, and the system will return a shortlist of journalists based on their recent work and topic focus. You’ll also see a short explanation of why each contact was selected so that you can pitch with confidence, not guesswork. - Search by keywords
Type in keywords related to your story. You’ll see journalists who’ve covered similar topics recently, along with article examples. AI suggestions can help you find better or broader keywords if needed. - Search by outlet name
Use filters like name, outlet, region, or topic to find journalists manually. This is helpful when you already know who you want to contact or want to narrow down by location or media type.
Media Lists
This is where you build and manage your lists of journalists and media contacts. You can:
- Create targeted lists by topic, region, or industry
- Upload your contact lists or add them manually
- Organize and update lists using filters
Creating relevant, segmented media lists helps send outreach that gets noticed by journalists.

This is the place where you create, send, and analyze outreach campaigns. You have three ways to draft your PR pitch:
- Start from scratch
- Use AI to generate email and press release content from your key messages and keywords
- Paste a press release link so AI can generate a ready-to-edit email
While writing, you can add personalization tokens, upload attachments, insert a header image, and add a signature. For details, see "Writing and sending your first campaign" and "Adding personalization, attachments, and signatures."
Browse and manage your campaigns in one place:
- Edit drafts or schedule published emails
- Edit or review scheduled emails
- View sent messages and check email analytics
Read more: Browsing drafted and sent emails.
To track and analyze which strategies are working, view email performance metrics such as opens, clicks, unsubscribes, bounces, and click-through rates.

Domain Authentication
Domain authentication improves deliverability and helps prevent your emails from landing in spam. Read more: Why was my email rejected?
Before sending emails from your domain, you need to prove your ownership. In Domain Authentication, you can:
- Add your domain (e.g., @yourcompany.com)
Confirm that the AI PR Toolkit has permission to send on your behalf
