What does each plan help you do?

Base is designed for users who want to build media lists and send targeted campaigns. You can discover media outlets trusted by LLMs, find the perfect journalists, send targeted pitches, and manage your lists. It’s ideal if you're just getting started or running smaller-scale outreach.

Pro unlocks more advanced workflows. You can do everything in Base, plus send follow-ups, analyze results in more detail, get weekly updates on LLM-cited media, and monitor media coverage with built-in analytics. It's best for marketers managing ongoing campaigns or working with higher volumes.

What’s it like to work in the AI PR Toolkit?

AI PR Toolkit is designed for users with little to no prior experience with PR tools.
You don’t need any technical skills to get started. The interface is clean and intuitive, and most actions (like building a list or sending a campaign) follow a guided flow.

If you're new to PR software, the Base plan offers a straightforward way to try things out and learn by doing.

If you need more analytics or manage multiple campaigns, the Pro plan gives you more power and flexibility without making things any harder.

Trial access

You can try either the Base or the Pro plan for 7 days, free of charge. During the trial:

• Some features are limited or unavailable:
  • Sending emails (no domain authorization)
  • Viewing and exporting contact information
  • Accessing email performance statistics
• Trial limits match the plan you selected.

How limits are counted

Each AI PR Toolkit plan includes usage limits for features like sending emails, exporting contacts, and monitoring the media.

Changing your plan

You can switch plans at any time:

• Upgrade from trial – Move to Base or Pro to unlock full access.
• Upgrade from Base to Pro – Get access to more advanced workflows, higher limits, and media monitoring.
• Downgrade – Contact support if you want to switch from Pro to Base. Your features will adjust automatically.

Canceling a paid plan ends your access. Trials can’t be restarted after cancellation. Your projects will be deleted 90 days after you unsubscribe. 

The system will notify you when you're approaching your limits (e.g., AI-cited media searches, sends, contacts in lists, or media monitoring mentions). If you run out, you can always upgrade or buy add-ons.

How to upgrade

You can upgrade your plan in one of three ways:

1. Click Upgrade in the top navigation bar.
2. Open your profile menu and go to Subscription info. There, you can upgrade your plan or buy add-ons.
3. When you reach your limits, you'll see an in-app prompt with upgrade options.

Your upgrade takes effect immediately and is prorated.
